Everything stays yours and readable: your reach, your Season Cards, your conversations and your record. What stops is the next seasonal conversation with Yan, new Season Cards and the year review (and, on Pro, Yan whenever you need it). You can still take a free reading once a year.

Enter it on the code page, or from "Have a code?" when you're signed in. A full code needs no card. A part code takes the discount off your first year.

Yes. Creating and joining Circles is free for everyone. A Circle is co-owned by every member — no single owner, no inheritance drama. When the last member leaves, the Circle ends. You see each other's energy shapes side by side, and each Circle gets a short, shareable observation of the blend you make together.

Reach gives you a conversation with Yan every season, a Season Card and your year review. Pro is a year with Yan for every conversation that matters: get ready for one, try it out first, and look back on it afterwards, whenever you need to. It adds a short email each morning (an insight, an idea, a little inspiration), a reach that moves as you do between seasons, “Your season so far”, and Season Cards written from your own words. Pro members also get early access to new features as we build them.

Yes. Creating and joining Circles is always free — you can be in as many as you like. Co-ownership means once you're in a Circle, you have the same rights as anyone else who's in it.

Circles are for the groups in your life that don't have a boss — couples, families, book clubs, walking groups. Teams are for groups that have a leader and an operational cadence — workplaces, sports teams, committees, clubs with coaches. Teams include regular check-ins and reports to enhance team insight and development over time. The clean test: is there someone whose job is to steer this group? If yes, Teams. If no, Circles.

No. Teams seats are paid centrally by the organisation. Every team member joins free and gets full Pro-equivalent access for the life of the seat — daily emails, a continuously-updating reach, the development relationship with Yan, plus everything in the free tier.

Your Team seat gives you full Pro-equivalent access, so your personal subscription is held while you're on the team — you're never charged twice. When your team access ends, your personal subscription picks up again, with the time you didn't use added back on. Nothing is cancelled.

Your Circles continue. Co-ownership means a Circle exists for as long as anyone is in it — your subscription ending doesn't end the Circles you helped create. If you don't renew and stay in Circles other people are in too, you stay in those Circles. Your reach and your record stay yours.
